Agreement on Terms and Conditions of Use of the e-Service

1. Welcome to the E-visa application e-Service ("System"), a service brought to you by Glorysea Shipping Pte Ltd (“Glorysea”). This System is owned and maintained by Glorysea.
   欢迎使用电子签证申请线上服务（“系统”），此服务是由荣海海运（荣海）为您提供的。此系统由荣海所有并维护。
2. If you choose to make an application through the e-service for which you provide us with personally identifiable data, we may share necessary data with other Government agencies, so as to serve you in a most efficient and effective way, unless such sharing is prohibited by law. We will NOT share your personal data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.
   如果您选择使用此系统提交签证申请，您将需要提供个人信息，我们会把您的个人信息提交给政府相关部门，但我们不会把您的个人信息分享给其他非政府个体。

3. The System is available for use 24 x 7.
   此系统24x7 运作。
4. Glorysea reserves the right to shut down the System for system maintenance as and when necessary. Glorysea shall not be responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the unavailability of the System due to system maintenance.
   在需要的时候，荣海保留关闭此系统以做系统维护之目的的权利。在此种情况下，由于系统关闭而引起的任何损失， 荣海将不付任何责任。

5. The E-visa application fee is SGD60.00 per person if the personal data is submitted through the system by customer; the application fee is SGD80.00 per person if the personal data is sent to Glorysea by email.
   如果签证申请是通过此系统提交个人相关资料，签证申请费用为新币60每人；如果是直接通过电邮把个人相关资料发到荣海电邮，签证申请费用为新币80每人。
6. The customer shall inform Glorysea of any dispute within 7 days from the date of the statement and in the event the dispute is decided by Glorysea in the customers favour, Glorysea will refund the customer any excess amount paid by the customer.
   客户应该在收到账单后7天内通知荣海任何不符之处，荣海将返回任何超出的数额给客户。

DISCLAIMER

7. While every care is taken by Glorysea to provide the service, Glorysea disclaims all liability whatsoever for:
   用户在接受荣海签证服务之前，请仔细阅读本条款并同意本声明。
   1. any loss of or any inability to retrieve any data or information however caused, including non-deliveries, misuses, misdeliveries as a result of any interruption, suspension or termination of the System;
      因网络状况、通讯线路、第三方网站或管理部门的要求等任何原因而导致您不能正常使用此系统，并造成任何数据的丢失或者不能读取，荣海不承担任何法律责任。
   2. any inaccuracy in the information or resources available, received or transmitted through the System;
      如用户提供的信息有错，并通过此系统提交签证申请，由此造成申请失败，荣海不承担任何责任。
   3. any malfunction, defect or error in the System; or
      系统发生故障，或者出现错误，荣海不承担任何责任。
   4. any delay or inability on Glorysea’s part in the provision of the Service under this Agreement because of any electronic, mechanical, system, data processing or telecommunication defect or failure, act of God, civil disturbance or any event outside Gloryseas control.
      因任何电力，机械，系统，数据处理，电讯，不可抗拒自然力，社会动乱或者其他在荣海控制能力范围外的原因造成的任何延迟或者系统中断，荣海不承担任何责任。
8. Further, no warranty is given that access to the System will be provided uninterrupted or free from errors or that any identified defect will be corrected or that the information on the Website is free from virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, agent, program or macros.
   荣海并不保证此系统病毒免疫或者是不受到其他恶意软件的攻击。
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

9. Glorysea shall in no event be liable for any damage, loss or expense, including without limitation, any direct, special or consequential damage or economic loss arising from or in connection or referable to:
   荣海对因以下原因直接或间接造成或引致之任何财务、经济或其他损失，概不承担任何责任或咎责，亦概不处理其后可能出现之任何索偿、行动或法律诉讼：
   1. any access, the use or inability to access or use of the System, or reliance on the information on this System;
      暂时不能使用本系统或不能从本系统提取信息。
   2. any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption or delay in transmission; or
      任何的系统，服务器或者连接失败，错误，中断或传输延迟。
   3. any computer virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, programs or macro that may affect, the computer equipment, program or other property of yours.
      任何电脑病毒或者恶意软件或程序所造成的电脑设备，程序或者其他物体的损坏。
10. Glorysea will not guarantee the approval of the application by ICA and the application may be rejected subject to ICA regulation. Glorysea will inform the customer about the application result within 7 days from the date when the personal data is submitted.
    荣海并不保证ICA一定会批准签证申请，签证批准完全由ICA自行决定。如所有信息都正确的情况下，荣海将在7天内通知客户签证申请情况。
11. Glorysea reserve the right to reject the E-visa application at its sole discretion without given any reason. Any application submitted without a completed personal data will be automatically rejected.
    荣海将保留根据情况，自行拒绝任何签证申请的权利。同时，如果提交的个人资料有任何问题，此申请将自动退回。
INDEMNITY

12. By accessing the System, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Glorysea at all times from and against any claims, actions or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the System or your breach of the terms and conditions of use.
    使用本系统，代表您谨此同意，因您使用此系统或者您违反或未遵守本协议条款和条件而引起的任何和所有索赔，诉讼，损害和支出，您必须向荣海做出赔偿，使荣海免受损害，并对其进行抗辩。
TERMINATION
终止服务


13. Glorysea reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the System, with or without cause at any time. Glorysea shall not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses howsoever caused by or arising out of termination of the System.
    荣海保留在任何时间自行决定终止本服务。对此所引起的任何损失，损害或者费用，荣海概不承担任何责任。
